Farewell Taufik Savalas

Shock, the perfect word to describe my feeling when hearing Taufik Savalas has died by an accident. It is very surprising because nobody consider this. Again, one of Indonesia best comedian has gone.

In my opinion, Taufik Savalas is not an ordinary comedian. He is a real entertainer. When I see his performance being MC two weeks ago, all of his jokes amaze me. He is really-really funny. But now, his entire story is just in memoriam. We will be missing him.

Ok, and now what is the lesson we can take? That death is always watching us and waiting the proper time to come. The most interesting is we do not ever know when it comes. So, be prepared my friend…

2-1, Bahrain is Nothing..!!

What an euphoria..!! Indonesia has started the Asian Cup 2007 with the nice step. They give Bahrain nothing but lose. Do you know what the current feeling of Indonesian right now is? A proud. A proud of being Indonesian, the feeling that we have never felt for a long time. Now nationalism is melt in each Indonesian’s soul.

I wanna give a little comment about our performance against Bahrain. As we know, Indonesia uses the formation schema 4-3-3 and 3-5-2 for Bahrain. What does it mean? Our three midfielders can beat five Bahrain’s midfielder. Amazing..!! At the first time, I hesitate that we can beat their midfielder due to physics factor but when I see the performance of Ponaryo Astaman and others, I believe we really can do this.

Moreover, I wanna give two-thumbs up to Firman Utina. His chop passing and drive shoot has given Indonesia a victory. No wonder if he becomes the man of the match. I hope not only Firman Utina plays good but also other Indonesia players, especially the defender.

I am optimistic that Indonesia will defeat Arab Saudi and South Korea or at least if we lose, they do not get it easily. We will struggle until die and embarrass them. It is our chance to prove to the world that Indonesia is not chicken anymore.
